You'll oversee daily operations across the residential units, proactively assessing unit activity, responding to changing patient needs, and ensuring appropriate staffing to deliver exceptional care. Leading by example, you'll model effective de-escalation techniques, foster positive team relationships, and provide coaching and guidance to staff throughout your shift.
