Role Overview: An Academic Advanced Endoscopist is sought to join a rapidly expanding division specializing in advanced gastrointestinal procedures, including ERCP, EUS, POEM, ESD, and other complex interventions. Key Responsibilities Perform a broad range of advanced therapeutic endoscopic procedures. Contribute to clinical growth and academic development through research, fellowship training, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Participate in strategic program expansion, leveraging institutional investments and infrastructure improvements. Mentor fellows and junior staff while engaging in scholarly activities. Develop subspecialty interests within advanced GI procedures. Qualifications & Skills MD or DO, with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Advanced Endoscopy fellowship training preferred. Eligible for Texas medical licensure. Ideal Candidate Enthusiastic about procedural complexity, academic engagement, and contributing to innovative growth within a supportive environment.
