Tax Supervisor/Manager - CPA

Job Details We are seeking a dynamic, highly‑skilled, and experienced Permanent Tax Supervisor/Manager - CPA to join our team. The candidate will manage the tax department and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and experience with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), C‑Corporations, S‑Corporations, and Partnerships. Salary: $90,000 - $170,000 per year Hosted by: Ruby Voight Responsibilities Oversee all tax operations including planning, compliance, and audit defense. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities and ensure compliance with the law. Prepare and review tax returns for HNWI, ccorp, scorp, and partnerships. Manage relationships with tax authorities and external auditors. Provide advice on the tax impact of business decisions and potential acquisitions. Stay abreast of changes in tax law and regulations and ensure company compliance. Manage and mentor members of the tax team to ensure performance and development. Collaborate with other departments to provide tax advice and to understand the tax impact of their decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree in Taxation or related field preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. Minimum of 5 years in a tax manager or tax supervisor role. Extensive experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for HNWI, ccorp, scorp, and partnerships. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
