You will play a vital role in our high-tech production facility, specifically assisting with the fabrication, testing, and separation processes for thin‑film circuits that power advanced measurement technology. Key Duties Execute the fabrication, testing, and separation of thin‑film circuits by strictly adhering to defined quality benchmarks and production protocols. Ensure high product consistency by utilizing precise hand‑eye coordination to manage fragile substrates and circuit components. Operate specialized production machinery, including bonding, etching, and masking tools, as well as microscope and camera systems for visual verification. Foster team success by collaborating with engineers and coordinators, ensuring that any production issues are reported through the proper channels. Help drive operational efficiency by mastering new workflows and ensuring full compliance with ESD and quality standards. Required Skills and Experience Capacity to perform tasks effectively within an ESD-controlled workspace. Demonstrated history of managing sensitive materials or precision components within a production setting. Solid computer literacy and the ability to navigate internal manufacturing documentation systems. Proven ability to maintain high quality standards while working independently on assigned tasks. Background in semiconductor, cleanroom, or electronics manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Working Hours 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
