SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full‑time Shift Supervisor positions at Princeton Baptist Medical Center, 701 Princeton Avenue South West, Birmingham, AL 35211. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full‑time with shifts of 5:00 am‑1:30 pm, 10:30 am‑7:00 pm, and 5:00 am‑6:30 pm (days may vary; details discussed during interview). Fixed pay rate: $16.00 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during your shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, recognize high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage career advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
