Inbound Sales Representative

About the position:

As an Sales Representative at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will be a vital part of our sales team, handling incoming calls from customers interested in our insurance services. This entry-level position offers significant opportunities for growth within the BPO industry, allowing you to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls from customers regarding insurance services to establish new insurance policies.
2. Maintain proper telephone etiquette and provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
3. Adhere to established call center guidelines and company policies while answering calls.
4. Work effectively with co-workers, agents, policyholders, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
5. Research and resolve customer inquiries, communicating results via telephone and/or written correspondence to policyholders, agents, or other departments.
6. Perform computer inquiries and data entry related to customer accounts.
7. Record Maintenance: Maintain records and policy files according to established guidelines.
8. Ensure regular and predictable attendance in meetings with a defined work schedule.
9. Engage in bonus incentive programs upon successful completion of training and licensing requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

• High School Diploma and/or GED
• CSR experience of six months or English proficiency - Mid level
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in telephone etiquette.
• Proactive approach to researching and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Must have the availability between 7am to 7pm CST Monday to Friday and Saturday 8am to 3pm CST
• Flexibility for occasional and/or seasonal overtime
• 1 – 2 years of experience working with customers
