Statistical Science Lead

Leading the statistical and analytical strategy for solid tumor oncology, the full-time Statistical Science Lead will manage a cross-functional team to support clinical development, evidence generation, and regulatory interactions, while working remotely from anywhere in the US. Key responsibilities Serve as the compound-level statistical lead, developing integrated statistical strategies across various study types Coordinate contributions from a diverse quantitative team, ensuring scientific alignment and quality in statistical outputs Represent the organization in global regulatory interactions, guiding the preparation of statistical content for submissions and payer strategies Required qualifications Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or equivalent) in Oncology, Life Sciences, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D or related fields Strong understanding of oncology drug discovery and translational science Proven ability to engage with scientific leaders and navigate biotech and academic ecosystems Experience in competitive intelligence or scientific scouting within oncology
