We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical products. Test, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using standard testing procedures. Operate electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other input/output testing devices. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, specifications, and written or verbal work instructions. Diagnose technical issues and communicate findings with supervisors or engineering personnel as needed. Accurately document and maintain test results and production records. Follow quality standards and safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of experience testing electro-mechanical products in a manufacturing environment. Hands‑on experience using oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other electronic test equipment. Ability to read and understand schematics, technical documentation, and diagnostic data. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, use hands and arms frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to successfully complete any required background check and/or drug screening, if applicable.
