Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to patients recovering from various conditions while collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assess patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in Acute Care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Acute Rehabilitation Unit preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat patients effectively.
