Regeneron seeks a Medical Specialist in Gastroenterology for the Dayton, Ohio area to drive product adoption and revenue growth by engaging gastroenterologists and healthcare providers. The role combines clinical expertise with strategic account management and requires strong sales performance within compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies within key gastroenterology accounts to increase product utilization
- Build relationships with gastroenterologists, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups in assigned territory
- Collaborate with district colleagues, alliance partners, and internal teams to address market needs and support brand objectives
- Lead and participate in industry congresses, regional meetings, and medical conferences to drive sales success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; master's degree or advanced certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Minimum 2 years selling in gastroenterology or subcutaneous self-injectable biologic markets
- Advanced clinical selling skills with proven track record in complex markets
- Experience training and in-servicing office staff, nurses, and office managers
- Ability to manage large geographic territories and travel extensively
- Success partnering with large groups, institutional settings, and ambulatory surgery centers
Compensation: $140,675–$190,325 annually
