We are seeking a **Psychologist** to join a **foundational, interdisciplinary team** in a rare opportunity to help shape a forward-thinking model that blends **behavioral health, preventive care, and whole-person medicine** to support patients across the aging spectrum. As a core team member, you will play a critical role in delivering **interdisciplinary assessments** and developing personalized, behaviorally focused care plans. You will work with a diverse patient population—from individuals proactively focused on longevity and wellness, to those at risk for chronic conditions, to patients experiencing cognitive decline or dementia.
