Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fry Cook/Prep to join our fast-paced fast food kitchen. The ideal candidate will excel at frying and food preparation while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role reports directly to the kitchen manager and involves afternoon and evening shifts, with opportunities for cross-training in other kitchen stations.
Responsibilities
- Fry menu items to quality and safety standards
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep tasks
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Control food quality and portion sizes
- Follow safety and hygiene compliance protocols
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Support cross-training in other kitchen stations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of food preparation experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Proficient knife skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures
- Experience handling kitchen equipment
