Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our Clearfield office to ensure a high standard of service.
Develop and execute local growth strategies that expand our reach within the district.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff to help them achieve their professional goals.
Deepen existing client relationships by providing expert risk management advice.
Collaborate with carrier partners to secure the best possible coverage options for our clients.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local business gatherings.
Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Proven track record in insurance sales or agency management.
Deep understanding of the local Clearfield market and community dynamics.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
Strong organizational skills for managing agency operations.
Familiarity with carrier relationship management.
