What You'll Do as a File ClerkAs a File Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: - Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files. - Ensuring documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. - Retrieving files and records as requested by team members. - Performing regular audits to ensure file integrity and compliance. - Assisting with data entry and document management tasks. - Supporting the team with administrative duties as needed.
What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should bring: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in managing both physical and digital filing systems. - The ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
