Caregiver Position

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Romeo, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed and monitor client health.
• Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to prevent accidents and promote comfort.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Document and report any changes in client condition or behavior.

Requirements

• Prior experience in care-giving or a related healthcare field is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Must pass background checks and any required certifications.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
