Delivery Driver - Starting at $23.75/hr | West Caldwell, NJ 07006

D&T Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring reliable Delivery Drivers and non-CDL delivery drivers for package delivery routes near West Caldwell, NJ 07006. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and being part of a safety-first team, we want you with us. Company vans, uniforms, paid training, and support provided from day one.

We’re a growing last-mile delivery company focused on safety, teamwork, and dependable service. Our terminal is located at 10 Fairfield Crescent, West Caldwell, NJ 07006. We value hard work, promote from within, and provide stable full-time and part-time opportunities.

$23.75/hour starting pay

Schedule & Hours

Full-time & part-time Delivery Driver roles
4-day schedules available
One weekend day required
9:00 AM start until route completion

Key Responsibilities

Deliver packages safely and on time
Drive company delivery vans and complete inspections
Use GPS/scanner technology daily
Average stops per day
Lift packages up to 50 lbs in all weather conditions

Qualifications

21+ with valid driver’s license
Delivery, warehouse, or labor experience preferred
Must be willing to submit to a DOT physical
