Physician (Md/Do) For In-Home Visits

Overview Signify Health (part of CVS Health®) is looking for physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in‑home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. The role is flexible, allows you to work one‑on‑one with patients, and pays competitively. Responsibilities & Compensation Conduct in‑home visits focusing on patients’ overall health and well‑being to identify barriers to care. Complete 6–9 visits daily (average), earning $1,000–$4,500 per week ($100 per completed assessment with base rate). Increase per‑visit rate up to 135% through our market multiplier. Earn additional compensation via a pay‑per‑test model for qualifying visits. Participate in short‑term or long‑term contracts with no night or weekend duties. Pre‑scheduled visits at patients’ homes. Compensation may include airfare, hotel, and rental car (depending on eligibility). Malpractice coverage and availability incentives based on weekly availability. Be an independent contractor (1099 status) with a flexible schedule. Qualifications State medical license required; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll strongly preferred. MD/DO physician with a background in primary care or family medicine. Valid Medicaid license or willingness to obtain one. Ability to travel to patient homes (including short‑ or long‑term assignments). Strong communication skills and patient‑centered approach.
