Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Job Details Location: Lexington, KY 40509 Position Type: Full‑Time/Part‑Time Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (plus bonus) Responsibilities Provide exceptional therapy to children and families. Maintain a full‑time caseload and consistently hit target goal. Provide skilled evaluation and treatment for children with a range of diagnoses, ages 0‑21 years. Educate families/caregivers on home program strategies. Participate in continuing education to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies. Manage administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines. Partner with billing team and administrative staff to focus on direct patient care. Qualifications Current Kentucky licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology. Master's degree from institution with curriculum approved by ASHA. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Experience with or willingness to learn Telehealth. Team‑based collaboration skills. Ability to meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth. Effective verbal and written communication (documentation). Passion and ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environment. Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
