Essential Qualifications:

• Current license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Familiarity with school-based evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation for students from diverse backgrounds
• Experience conducting assessments, developing individualized goals, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills for partnering with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in individual and group settings, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and interpret results to guide intervention recommendations
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in partnership with educators and families
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom and ensure student success
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation including progress notes, assessment reports, and compliance with special education regulations
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for student needs and foster collaborative support
