Do you love caring for infants and helping them reach their earliest milestones? We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and nurturing Infant Teacher to create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where our youngest learners can grow, explore, and thrive. Key Responsibilities Provide loving, responsive care while supporting infants' daily routines. Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Foster infants' social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom. Build positive relationships with families and collaborate with your teaching team. Complete daily reports and required classroom documentation. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred). Minimum of one year of experience working with young children, 30 college credit hours, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must successfully complete a medical examination, drug screening, and background check. Must meet all Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and Office of Child Care (OCC) teacher qualification requirements. Required Certifications 45 Hours Child Growth & Development ADA Training Basic Health & Safety Developmental Screening Breastfeeding SIDS Medication Administration Pediatric First Aid & CPR CDA, Credential, or Preschool Qualification Evaluation (PQE), as required Preferred Skills Passion for infant care and early childhood education. Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
