Manager of Provider Support

Leading provider engagement and support activities, the full-time Manager of Provider Support will ensure a high-quality provider experience and strong network relationships while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Support and coordinate provider-facing initiatives and operational activities to ensure a positive provider experience across assigned regions Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing questions, resolving issues, and facilitating timely responses to requests Monitor regional performance trends and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced provider satisfaction Required Qualifications: Five (5) or more years of experience in provider relations, provider operations, network management, or a related field Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with multiple departments Experience managing provider escalations and building strong provider relationships Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with provider management systems or CRM platforms Demonstrated success in analyzing operational data and preparing reports to support decision-making and process improvement
