Title: External Communications Manager (III) Location: REMOTE:US, CA Pay: $88-103 per hour Contract Duration: 6 months Job Description Our Global client in the tech industry is seeking an External Communications Manager Position External Communications Manager Location Remote in CA Pay Range $88-103 per hour Project Overview As an External Communications Associate, you drive measurable outcomes for an external communications program and ensure the development of long‑term strategic plans that match its overarching business goals. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities Drive the creation of high‑quality external content pipelines, including blog posts, social media updates, talking points, and media briefing materials. Partner with engineering, product, and cross‑functional leadership to discover, shape, and scale impactful stories around AI. Proactively manage and cultivate strategic relationships with key AI reporters, tech journalists, and industry influencers. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or in lieu of a degree, an additional 5+ years of relevant work experience). At least 7+ years of direct professional work experience in technology communications. Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and autonomous driving technology topics.
