Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide primary care and wellness services to underserved patients in a faith-based, community-focused clinic. The nurse will perform patient assessments, administer medications and vaccines, support chronic disease management, assist providers with exams and procedures, provide patient education, coordinate referrals, and document in the EHR.
