Pay: $80,000 – $125,000 DOE (Salary) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift Work Location: On the road (Phoenix Metro Area) Overview Bleuwave Residential is hiring a Senior HVAC Technician to lead residential service calls, installations, and maintenance operations. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can deliver top-tier service and mentor junior technicians. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and replace residential HVAC systems and components. Lead system change-outs, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance. Provide professional recommendations to homeowners. Train and support junior technicians. Use ServiceTitan or similar CRM for job tracking and communication.
