Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and oversee our company's accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounts payable principles. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, contributing to the financial success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain vendor relationships and address any payment inquiries or discrepancies.

Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Generate financial reports related to accounts payable.

Stay updated on industry best practices and accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounts payable.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred but not required).
