Facilities Maintenance Technician - Care-Focused Community

Ohio Living in Cleveland is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform day-to-day maintenance in a life plan community, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. We expect you to handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related tasks, follow safety and OSHA guidelines, and document work orders while supporting survey readiness and quality standards.
