The Parten Insurance Agency, a proud Farmers Insurance Agency located in Dallas, TX, is seeking motivated, sales-driven professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for licensed insurance advisors who are eager to showcase their sales expertise, build lasting client relationships, and advance their careers in the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business through proactive sales, networking, and client relationship management.
- Educate individuals, families, and business owners on comprehensive insurance coverage options.
- Deliver personalized solutions to meet client needs at the best possible value.
- Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales (insurance experience strongly preferred).
- Self-motivated professionals with excellent communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
- Texas insurance license (preferred) or ability to obtain.
