Start Date: 10/18/2026
Schedule: Night Shift 3*12s 36hours/week

• Unit: 32-bed unit – Adult/Older Adult population

• Ratio: 1:5

• Patient Population: Trauma patients; acute care

• Experience: Documented Med/Tele experience required + checklist

• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required

• EMR: EPIC

• RTO: NO RTO

• Specialty Equipment: Gait belts, geriatric chairs, PT equipment

• Preferred: Skilled Nursing/Rehab experience; prior NICHE training a plus

• Compliance: Load all demographic information + badge-appropriate photo

• Holiday Requirement:

  • Thanksgiving Day OR the day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve + Christmas Day OR New Year’s Eve + New Year’s Day
