HR Generalist
Eataly Chicago
Eataly is seeking an HR Generalist for its Chicago store to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You will interpret policies, handle performance management and terminations, and report to the HRBP. You will collaborate to deploy integrated people strategies from acquisition to exit, organize in-store hiring events, and train managers on the Applicant Tracking System and interviewing skills.
