FRONT DESK STAFF

Description We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and team members while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate enjoys multitasking, communicates clearly, and maintains a polished and helpful presence in a fast-paced environment. If you are organized, approachable, and ready to provide excellent front-line support. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized, welcoming, and presentable Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with meeting logistics as needed Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain accurate records, logs, and basic administrative documentation Support office operations with filing, data entry, photocopying, and other clerical tasks Assist with general coordination between departments to help ensure smooth daily operations Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative support role preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Basic proficiency with phone systems, email, scheduling tools, and standard office software Ability to remain professional, composed, and helpful in a busy environment Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Preferred Attributes Positive attitude and a willingness to support others Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the dayDependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor What We Offer A welcoming and collaborative work environment Opportunities to build administrative and customer service skills Training and support to help you succeed in the role A chance to contribute to a positive first impression for our organization
