Lake Placid Health & Rehab We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lake Placid Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents according to their needs and preferences Assist residents with daily living activities, such as transferring, toileting, and feeding Support residents with mobility issues, including ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises Monitor and report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and admittance information to nursing staff Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in resident activities and provide emotional support and companionship Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols About the Role: As a CNA at Lake Placid Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
