Summary:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU Level IV Hospital experience - Level IV NICU experience required - BLS and NRP certifications **Preferred Experience:** - PICU experience for floating - Post-surgical care experience **Skills:** - High degree of professionalism - Proactively seeks direction - Accountable/Reliable - Maintains emotional regulation in high-acuity environment
