What You’ll Do Prepare multi‑state tax filings and ensure compliance Manage inter‑company transactions and reconciliations Oversee bank reconciliations and credit card activity Partner with HR and payroll on benefits processing Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules Support workers’ compensation reporting and compliance Assist with annual audit preparation and documentation Develop and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Maintain fixed asset tracking and management Prepare and post monthly journal entries Generate ad hoc financial and management reports Assist with budgeting and ongoing financial analysis Collaborate across departments to improve transparency, accuracy, and efficiency This isn’t siloed accounting. You’ll work closely with operations, leadership, and project teams—gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects.
