Senior Area Innovation Manager - Endoscopy (GA/SC/North Florida)

Medtronic seeks a Senior Area Innovation Manager to drive adoption of its AI-powered GI Genius endoscopy platform across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Florida. This field-based commercial leadership role requires engaging enterprise health systems and physician practices to accelerate technology integration and clinical utilization.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for enterprise customer adoption of AI and software-based GI platforms
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles across health system headquarters, hospitals, and ASC networks including executive negotiations
• Deliver clinical product demonstrations, physician education, and on-site adoption support to ensure proficiency and sustained utilization
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with health system leaders, physicians, and key opinion leaders across the territory
• Develop and execute territory-level growth strategies to expand installed base penetration and customer lifetime value

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 8+ years OR associate degree plus 6+ years OR bachelor degree plus 4+ years in medical device, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences sales/clinical roles
• Enterprise-level solution selling experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or Software as a Medical Device
• Demonstrated consistent top-tier quota attainment in complex, enterprise sales cycles
• Strong clinical and business acumen to articulate economic and operational value to executives
• Experience in multi-stakeholder sales within IDNs, MSOs, hospitals, or ambulatory surgery centers
• Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas and top performer recognition
