Logistician

The Logistician will provide logistics support in a secure environment. This role focuses on material accountability, documentation, and coordination with finance and program staff. The Logistician will be responsible for tracking MDAT actions, supporting CAP reporting, and managing the ordering, receiving, inventorying, packaging, and shipping of electronic equipment and related materials. The position requires someone who can work with minimal supervision in a classified environment.

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph. Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics or supply support, to include:

• Ordering, receiving, and inventorying parts, components, supplies, and equipment.
• Packaging and shipping of electronic equipment.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate logistics, inventory, and asset documentation.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a secure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with finance and technical/program teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with organization-specific systems used for MDAT, CAP, and property or asset management. Experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools for generating reports and maintaining spreadsheets and logs, consistent with typical expectations for logisticians who produce status metrics and maintain equipment and parts databases. Experience with rapid procurement of parts, components, supplies, and equipment in support of time-sensitive mission needs.

The salary range for this role is: $83,500 - $146,000

ITAR Requirement: This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and/or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
