Bilingual Warehouse Lead – Forklift Experience Required

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced  Bilingual Warehouse Lead to assist with daily warehouse operations and help ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate must be  fluent in English and Spanish and have previous  forklift operating experience .

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support warehouse employees during daily operations.
• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, and organize materials.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, inventory, and general warehouse activities.
• Assign tasks and help coordinate daily workflow.
• Monitor employee productivity and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Train and assist employees on proper warehouse procedures and safety practices.
• Communicate instructions and updates effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, and other concerns to management.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish – required.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Previous forklift experience – required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required.
• Must be dependable and punctual.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays as needed.

Competitive pay based on experience.
