Job Description
Responsible for overseeing all dietary needs of all residents. Must prepare meals and snacks by methods that will conserve nutritive value, enhance flavor and appearance. All foods will be served at proper times and proper temperatures. Responsible to cleaning area and must maintain a sanitary work area at all times. Duties must be completed in accordance with the North Dakota Sanitary Requirements.
