Position Summary

We are seeking a high-accuracy Inventory Control Clerk to serve as a physical inventory counter and verifier for our warehouse stock. This role focuses strictly on scanning, counting, labeling, and reconciling real-time inventory data with digital database records to optimize supply management. This position requires high precision, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent physical stamina to ensure our stockrooms stay running efficiently without shortages.

Key Responsibilities

• Physical Counting: Conduct routine daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts and full physical inventory audits of warehouse or retail stock.
• Data Verification: Cross-reference actual physical counts directly against computer-generated inventory logs to identify, investigate, and report variances.
• Inventory Maintenance: Systematically label warehouse shelves, organize physical stock, and maintain highly accurate, up-to-date inventory records.
• Receiving Support: Assist team members with unpacking, inspecting, and verifying counts of incoming shipments to ensure order accuracy upon receipt.
• System Utilization: Operate handheld barcode scanners, digital data devices, and internal inventory management software to log items in real-time.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Language: Bilingual English / Spanish is required; candidates must be able to speak, write, and read fluently in both languages.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Physical Stamina: High physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects frequently up to 50 pounds.
• Technical Skills: High accuracy in recording raw numerical data to prevent costly stockouts, strong basic math skills, and proficiency with computer inventory software and scanners.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail and sharp organizational skills.
• 1-3 years in Shipping/Receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics
