Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities Greet visitors and answer phones promptly and courteously. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Schedule and manage appointments and calendar bookings. Maintain accurate and organized front‑desk records. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and copy‑handling. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflow. Assist with billing or insurance inquiries when appropriate. Provide basic customer service, resolve simple inquiries, and refer complex ones to the appropriate staff. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Customer‑service oriented with strong communication skills. Proven ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling systems). Prior front‑desk or receptionist experience highly desirable. Fluency in English; bilingual skills (Spanish, etc.) an advantage. Working Conditions & Pay Full‑time positions available across various industries (beauty salons, medical practices, insurance agencies, dental offices, chiropractic clinics).
