About the Role:
Pop-A-Lock is looking for a driven and dependable Field Manager to lead our emergency roadside assistance operations in Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of keeping our team running smoothly and our customers out of a jam — literally. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love leading people in the field, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily field operations for roadside assistance and lockout service technicians across Brooklyn and Manhattan
- Dispatch, schedule, and manage field technicians to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction
- Monitor job progress and quality, conducting on-site check-ins and performance evaluations
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex or urgent roadside and lockout service calls
- Train, mentor, and onboard new field technicians to uphold company standards and safety protocols
- Track fleet activity, equipment inventory, and technician productivity using company tools and software
- Communicate with customers and resolve service complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in field management, operations supervision, or a related role
- Background in roadside assistance, automotive services, locksmith services, or emergency response preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a mobile workforce
- Excellent communication and customer service skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
- Proficiency with dispatch software, scheduling tools, or fleet management systems is a plus
- Must have necessary tools to perform roadside tasks when required.
- Must have android phone.
