Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming—your support helps them maintain dignity and comfort. Prepare and serve meals—so they have tasty and healthy food. Provide companionship and engage in fun activities—be the friendly face and joyful presence that makes every day a little brighter. Show enthusiasm for helping others, eagerness to learn, and motivation to provide excellent care. Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes. Demonstrate dedication to our team, clients, and agency. What We Offer Rates up to $24.00/hour (including weekend differential)—because your hard work and care deserve to be recognized. Paid time off, sick time, and other unique benefits! Requirements Proficiency in English. Current CNA or CHHA certification. Nursing students seeking patient care experience. Students on a pre-med/PA track seeking patient care experience. Previous experience in home care or a similar setting is a plus but not necessary—what matters most is your kindness and eagerness to make a difference. Strong communication skills and a caring nature—because a warm, empathetic approach is at the heart of what we do. Ability to follow a care plan and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings—because we value trust and integrity in our team.
