Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours Schedule: Sunday 2p-10p, Monday 2p-10p, Tuesday 2p-10p, Wednesday 2p-10p, Thursday 2p-10p Looking for a role where your work truly matters—every single day? Starting pay is $20.50/hour , with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential . Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential , with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour . An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard. Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans. Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs. Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes. Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff. Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds. Build strong, positive relationships with families, guardians, and team members. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
