Join us and let's get started.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other Engineering discipline + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Preferred Qualifications:Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California.Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff.Minimum of 8 years of experience which reflect a progressively increasing level of leadership and responsibility.Experience with business development and client relations.Project management experience leading small to medium sized highway projects; well-versed in all aspects of project development.Excellent written and oral communications skills.Travel may be required for this position.
