Now Hiring: Cherry Picker Operator / Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift | Louisville, KY

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

$19–$20/hr Based on Experience

Essentra Components is hiring experienced warehouse associates and cherry picker operators for our outbound distribution team in Louisville, KY.

We are looking for dependable team members with warehouse equipment experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and operating at heights.

Starting Pay for 2nd Shift: $17–$18/hour + $2/hour shift differential

Responsibilities include:

• Operating cherry pickers, forklifts, and warehouse equipment

• Picking, packing, and preparing outbound customer orders

• Utilizing RF scanners and warehouse systems

• Staging, wrapping, labeling, and preparing shipments

• Supporting warehouse operations and teamwork initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

• Cherry picker and/or forklift experience required

• Comfortable working at heights up to 30–40 feet

• Ability to lift/move 50–75 lbs

• Basic computer and communication skills

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems

• BPCS experience preferred
