Primary Care Physician | Lakewood, CO (Denver Metro)

OptumCare Colorado is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our established team in Lakewood, Colorado , with occasional coverage in nearby Golden. Enjoy the best of Colorado living while practicing in a physician-led organization focused on innovation, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.

Potential 4-day work week
32 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours
Dedicated MA for each provider
On-site Practice Manager support
Epic EMR with Dragon and AI-assisted charting
Average of 18–20 patients per day
Full spectrum outpatient primary care
Light call schedule (approximately 1 weekday call/month and 3–4 weekends/year)

Guaranteed base salary for 2 years

Qualifications

MD or DO
BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA, BLS, and ACLS certification prior to start
