Job Description:

• Implements company initiatives
• Looking for 2-4 days a week availability
• Actively delivers patient care services
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• TX State Pharmacist license in good standing
• Ability to work well in a team setting
