  • Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster open communication and support.

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD through systematic assessments and evidence-based practices.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique situation, incorporating their goals and preferences.

  • Conduct regular counseling sessions, providing support and guidance while monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress.

  • Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress and make necessary modifications to the treatment approach.

  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for self-exploration and discussion.

  • Provide crisis intervention when required, assessing emotional needs and offering immediate support strategies to manage distress.
