Job-ID29095487Reference26-23448please follow max bill rate this role is 3 days onsite and 2 days remote either in Chicago or Richardson The Senior Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, technical, and hard-to-fill roles, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process. This role develops and executes strategic sourcing and recruiting initiatives, builds diverse talent pipelines, evaluates and selects qualified candidates, and provides market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and industry trends to support hiring decisions. The Senior Recruiter fosters strong stakeholder relationships, promotes a positive candidate experience, supports employer branding efforts, ensures compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies, and drives continuous improvement of recruiting practices to deliver effective, cost-conscious talent acquisition solutions. Job Description Manage end-to-end recruiting for a range of roles, including senior and hard-to-fill positions, from intake to onboarding. Act as a trusted talent advisor, influencing leaders and hiring managers on workforce needs, hiring strategies, and market trends. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse talent pipelines. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while ensuring an engaging and respectful candidate experience. Collaborate with leaders to create clear candidate profiles, interview processes, and selection criteria aligned with business needs. Provide insights on compensation, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices to inform decisions. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices. Represent the organization professionally and support initiatives that strengthen the employer brand in the marketplace. Ensures compliance of by following recruiting processes, company policies, and legal/regulatory guidelines (e.g., EEO, data protection) Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business and 4 years experience OR 8 years experience. Recruitment experience in recruitment agency or corporate environment. Experience with one or more applicant tracking systems and HRIS. Organizational, communication and problem solving skills as well as sound judgment. Ability to establish priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Ability to work with other departments within HR and collaborate effectively. Ability to recruit and work with hiring managers remotely. Ability to act as counselor to hiring managers and candidates on staffing and other HR related issues. Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. High energy level and willingness to do whatever is needed to get job done. Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience with Workday. Project management skills. Presentation skills. Health care insurance experience. Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations. This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
