Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | Hybrid Opportunity | $45,000–$53,000+ Potential Annual Income

DanDale Fence is looking for a motivated, personable, and organized Lead Qualification Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.

This is a phone-focused position for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, is comfortable having conversations throughout the day, and can confidently manage multiple computer systems and tasks at once. You will be one of the first points of contact for potential customers and will play an important role in turning incoming leads into qualified sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently while still being a strong team player.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following regular schedule:

Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Occasional schedule adjustments may be necessary for shift coverage.

Compensation Earning Potential

$17/hour base pay

$35 for every completed sale generated from your qualified lead

• $20 paid at the time of sale
• $15 paid after the required customer follow-up/review call

$5 for each 5-star customer review generated

Additional performance bonuses of up to $100 per week

Potential annual earnings of approximately $45,000–$53,000+, depending on performance and sales volume

Hybrid / Work-From-Home Opportunity

This is initially an office-based position with the opportunity to earn a hybrid/work-from-home schedule based on performance, reliability, and demonstrated ability to work independently.

Employees working remotely must have:

A quiet, professional workspace

Reliable high-speed internet

The ability to make and receive business phone calls without interruption

The discipline and organization necessary to maintain productivity outside of the office

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact
• Respond to and follow up with new leads through phone and other communication channels
• Qualify potential customers by understanding their needs, project details, and readiness to move forward
• Schedule qualified sales appointments and effectively manage the sales team's calendars
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information across multiple computer systems
• Follow up with customers after their experience to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships
• Request customer reviews and assist with administrative tasks related to customer care programs
• Communicate important customer information and opportunities to the sales team
• Assist with developing and improving marketing and lead-generation initiatives
• Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and lead-conversion process

Requirements

• Must have Legal Authorization to Work in the United States
• Must pass a background check, reference check
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Enjoys talking with people and is comfortable spending much of the workday on the phone
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks and computer systems simultaneously
• Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Has a positive, professional attitude and takes ownership of their responsibilities
• Is comfortable learning new software and technology
• Can stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience
• Has previous customer service, receptionist, appointment-setting, or sales experience (preferred)
