Civil/Project Engineer

Civil Engineer (Secret Clearance Required) Location: Lima, OH We2re looking for a Civil Engineer to support ongoing facility and infrastructure work at a large industrial site in Lima, OH. This role is hands-on and coordination-heavy youll be reviewing work orders, walking the plant floor, and helping keep projects moving on schedule. An active Secret clearance is required. What Youll Be Doing Review Construction Work Orders (CWOs) tied to plant equipment, infrastructure, and facilities work Stay on top of assigned projects track scope, progress, and day-to-day status Monitor project execution to make sure things are staying on schedule and aligned with requirements Conduct regular walkthroughs of the plant to check progress and flag any issues Provide updates to leadership Identify facility or infrastructure problems and help recommend practical solutions Work closely with government CORs and GDLS to keep communication clear and expectations aligned Help track and report project metrics Join meetings and coordinate with stakeholders via Teams, email, and phone What Theyre Looking For Bachelors in Civil Engineering (or related field) Active Secret clearance (must-have) Experience supporting construction, facilities, or infrastructure projects Comfortable reviewing technical documentation and tracking project progress Strong communication skills a this role interacts with multiple teams daily Nice to have Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Background supporting government or defense-related projects Familiarity with CWOs or similar project tracking systems Benefits PTO Holiday Pay 401K with a 4% Match Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Group Life & AD&D Voluntary Life AD&D Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Account (Health and Dependent) Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
